Your chauffeur welcomes you with a personal Meet & Greet. This guide shows you exactly where to meet us at Arrival 1 and Arrival 2 – including photos of the meeting points.
Meet & Greet – how it works
Landing & baggage
After landing, collect your luggage at baggage claim. Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time – even if it is delayed, they will be waiting for you.
Look for the name sign
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall holding a name sign. No parking fees are charged to you.
Escorted to the car
The chauffeur carries your luggage and walks you to the vehicle at the Limousine Service / Bus Stop 2.
Meeting point Arrival 2 (Ankunft 2)
Most international flights arrive at Arrival 2. Follow the «Ankunft 2 / Arrival 2» signs to the Service Center. Your chauffeur will be waiting there.
Meeting point Arrival 1 (Ankunft 1)
At Arrival 1, follow the «Arrival 1 / Check-in 1» signs. From there, the P1 / P6 signs lead you to the meeting point and the parking area.
Car park next to the arrival doors
Our vehicles are parked in the covered area right next to the arrival doors of Arrival 1 and 2. Short walk, no searching – your chauffeur takes you straight to the car.
Bus Stop 2 – Limousine Service
The official pickup point for limousines is «Bus Stop 2 / Limousine». Follow this sign when your chauffeur is waiting there.

Where do I meet my driver at Zurich Airport?
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall (Arrival 1 or 2) holding a name sign at the Limousine Service. On request we send you photos of the meeting point in advance.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. Your chauffeur adjusts the pickup time automatically – with no extra charge for waiting after landing.
Is the waiting time included?
Yes. Airport pickups include a generous waiting time so you can get through baggage and customs calmly.
How do I recognise the vehicle?
It is a black Mercedes V-Class / E-Class. Your chauffeur greets you with a name sign and walks you to the car.
